How do I get help from FutureSafe?

There are numerous options available to you for requesting assistance from the FutureSafe team.

Compete Outages / Cybersecurity Incidents / Compromised Clients or Prospects

Call the FutureSafe Emergency SOC Line at (888) 660-4SOC and you will be bridged to a support and resolution team member. If you think you have a compromise, don’t hesitate to call. We would rather it be a false alarm than wait too long to get involved.
Feel free to call this number also if you need to escalate an outage or cybersecurity incident ticket or have other time-sensitive needs.

Non-Critical Request
Our default method of supporting our clients is Slack. Once onboarded with us, you will receive two Slack channels used for alerts and for communicating with the team. If you prefer to communicate by tickets:

Email our SECOPS team by emailing support@futuresafe.com 

Please include:

1. The client’s name with the issue or configuration request.

2. The product in need of support or is suspected to be the source of the concern.

3. The site and asset name in need of support.

4. A detailed description of the issue encountered and what has been tried already to

resolve the concern.

5. Attach any relevant log data or screen captures to the ticket at the time of creation.

6. A phone number where we can reach you to further address the ticket if necessary.
