Slack
Every client of FutureSafe is provided two private Slack channels:
team-%msp name% - This channel is used by FutureSafe to provide the MSP incredibly fast support with an average response time of 15 minutes. FutureSafe uses these channels to update our MSP clients with urgent information, platform updates and developments, outages and anything else we find pertinent for our customers.
alerts-%msp-name% - This channel is used to receive alerts from the various platforms provided to the MSP by FutureSafe. Doing so provides a running list of alerts, regardless of the platform, allowing the MSP and FutureSafe to monitor alerts by date and time.
Futuresafe-Community Slack Channel
Slack channel comprised of all FutureSafe clients providing a community arena for discussions and more.
Emails
FutureSafe will frequently communicate with clients by sending emails we find pertinent to the threat landscape, platforms we provide, scheduled closures and more. Emails come from jasmine@futuresafe.com.
